Les petites beurgeoisie?

What a class traitor! And what a good thing that is! Fuck the barriers, fuck the gatekeepers, and fuck the naysayers. You enjoy the opera: tell people it was brilliant! The opera performers want to hear it, the people want to hear it, and the internet wants to hear it!

What was the performance?

It's fathers' day on Sunday so I'm away to see the old man. Tomorrow's a day of baking breads and cake for him!

I had no idea. I have never once had a fatherday acknowledgement and I refuse to acknowledge it with my dad coz he was a cunt. Wonder if that's what my kids think of me

Schools at least make a thing of it these days, as they know there are so many broken homes. And I'm sure your kids don't think of you as just a cunt, we are all nuanced individuals (cunt + something else surely!). And if my kids don't mention it: all the better imo. There isn't a children's day!

Im a grandad my youngest is 28. If they think im a cunt I'll allow it but id like to know why

I'm very fortunate to have a great relationship with mine, and it's a blessing I don't take lightly. I wouldn't worry about your kids just because of this, though. It's a tradition thing; if there was never a habit of doing it, it doesn't mean they're choosing to avoid doing it with you now

Went to the second edition of Thurso Pride. Had a lovely day. Then enjoyed the sunset, even if it was far too late in the evening. I’m feeling particularly thankful to live in such a beautiful place.

It doesn't ever get proper dark on mid summers eve in Thurso. Glad you had a good time. Up myself with the kids in a few weeks, looking very much forward to it
