A few years back there was live leak and r/wpd

Where does one go to find videos in their full scope? I bit morbid I understand, but when I see a story I want to actually see happened.

Curiosity and thirst for truth is not morbid at all. Who loves to be told what to see, hear, learn?

As to your question: what the other dude already said. Goresites, telegram channels. As long as you don't have the other hand in your pants while browsing (many of people there probably do), there's nothing wrong with it.

Rule of thumb: you're on the right path when a site is blocked in your country 😁

I remember stumbling upon r/nomorals once... I still vividly remember a clip I saw in that sub of a man getting a claw hammer bashed into his skull.

That's the downside of these sites. You can't unsee things. I take it as a fair price for unfiltered reality. And every time you think this was the worst shit you can imagine, you get teached better the next time.

Surely also depends on what you're looking for. If it's global news, you won't watch the pure gore-fests. You watch war-footage, Islamic peace-deliveries, political events or general footage surface media does censor, or won't show at all.

Just ever be careful to not treat it as social media. You'll find some of the worst examples of our species dwelling there.

I've been visiting those kind of sites since the beginning of the net. And they always seem to attract human garbage in majority. Or sane ones are just quiet lurkers.

Two guys one hammer is one of the worst videos to watch, at least it was for me. I saw a decent amount of gore when I was younger, growing up on the old uncensored Internet, but two guys one hammer is the one that stuck with me and still haunts me to this day.

[–] Dyskolos@lemmy.zip 2 points 4 weeks ago

Indeed. This one did stuck. Not just for the brutality, but the total indifference of those numbnuts towards their victims.

But there always comes a clip that dwarfs the previous in evilness. Could name a solid list that make 2guys1hammer look nice and harmless.

At least the fuckers are in jail...or were.

All of the criticisms of Telegram (well, so long as they acknowledge Durov is a CIA rat) are true. But it is also the global replacement for all of that & 10.000x more useful than anyone wishes to admit. Telegram is where I have seen the Ukrainian "nationalists" post videos of torturing recruits & murdering civilians before editing it 30 min later. It is the psychosis app

Stop feeling morbid. This stuff isn't for entertainment, you will deform your mind. Stop watching deaths for fun. The only acceptable reason to do it is akin to forensics, evaluating events which are distorted, when scrutiny is needed for research. Do not watch people get tortured just to see what happens. You're wasting valuable stress points in the same manner I do to expose war crimes, for fun. That's evil. Evil is wrong.

All the time I see these supposed military equipment fetishists using videos of deaths to try to prove some point or another & straight-up lying about the equipment. They have become death cultists, they will never be Hideo Kojima-pilled, I hope they die. It won't win any war to post that way It's degrading to the whole human race. You people need to cut it out I swear to god or we're going to turn you Chinese

you can either go to full-on gore sites (where you'll have to watch many gross videos to find your relevant one, plus there will be no context given probably for safety reasons) also some of them you have to login to use so enjoy getting added to whichever national security list. Your other option (assuming the videos you're looking for are political in nature) are dedicated telegram channels.

If it’s recent/happening now, it’s the only thing I use Twitter for. Just search and sort by recent, I’ll almost always find full uncensored clips.

[–] EntheoNaut@lemmy.ml 7 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Fuck twitter

I’d rather not see or know than to support that awful af platform

protip: if you absolutely MUST see something on twitter, use the xcancel or nitter frontends so you don't give them data or ad revenue.

[–] Zak@lemmy.world 3 points 4 weeks ago

Additionally, run an ad/tracker blocker so you don't leak data to anyone else.
