I didn’t notice any moss, only geographical indicators and shadows, which strongly suggest orientation in order of probability N, W, E, S.
Looks still in use too, stuff near it and the road still goes up to it.
Should have saved some of the concrete for some benches.

I'm almost certain that I saw pictures that looked identical to that in a collection of photos of old Soviet buildings.

EDIT3: Apparently it's in Taraz, Kazakhstan. My very brief attempt to find a shot of it in Google Maps wasn't successful, though, so I can't guarantee that it's still around.
