It's a bit banged up but I think the patina gives it character. At some point I really need to swap that aftermarket rubber strap out for a NATO strap or a nice steel bracelet though

Nice! I love Seiko 5โ€™s. Theyโ€™re both great for starting a collection and also for expanding on a currently existing one. Theyโ€™re my go-to recommendation for someone wanting to get into mechanical watches.

The movement is freshly serviced, so it holds for at least a day and a half of sitting still before it winds down
