well ivermectine deals with parasites, I believe Trump's Diarrhea is caused by Cyclosporiasis which is a parasite so that may actually help...
No cyclosporiasis is a parasite of protozoan origin like giardia but unlike giardiasis is not susceptible to metronidazole but does respond to trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole AKA Bactrim. Ivermectin is an antihelmintic so it does not work on protozoan infections.

Yeah I'm so glad I've been boycotting American produce. It wasn't just because Trump was threatening us. With all his deregulating, I was waiting for something like this to happen.
All the produce drowning in glyphosate is reason enough.
