Clever, both strategically and politically. Those ships have operated in a legal gray area for years, smuggling illegal goods and committing subterfuge.
If I was a stakeholder in some undersea infrastructure, I'd probably be looking for ways to get these guys some cruise missiles.
After the war, we will need this tech for yachts.
