Editing body text causes highlighting

Describe the issue:
I've reported this previously but it is still happening.
When I tap in the Body text to move the cursor it highlights from the previous position to the new one, rather than moving it. This can be intermittent.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start a new post
- Type some text
- Tap back earlier on the text
- It may highlight, it may move, it can be a bit random.
