Sorry to ruin the hype but that thing has Sirius satellite radio so its at least mid 2000s. But holy sh!t it has CD Text 😍

Sirius launched in 2002, and XM the year before. They merged in 2008

If you bought anything like this, you also bought an upgraded car alarm, preferably one with a flashing LED to let anyone know the car was armed. Or just a flashing decoy LED if you couldn't afford the alarm.
