I... guess? It's kinda amusing seeing a meme where the punchline involves socialism, and it being so mild and innocent. Such neutrality is somewhat refreshing.

The realistic meme would have "capitalism" instead of "socialism" at the end. Capitalists hate capitalism that isnt regulated in their favour.
