What's wrong with "birth tourism"? The amount of babies that fall under that label is so small this is like signing an executive order banning death by lightning strikes.
Yeah, it happens from time to time but signing an executive order to stop it is just as effective.
The amount of anything MAGA claims is happening an masse is that small. Birth tourism helps prop up the Great Replacement Theory.
