If you're looking to avoid burning tokens, perhaps just learn to code.
Cursor is dead weight. The harness losses in outcomes to cli based coding harness.
This is a different world. Stop asking yourself "What tooling is available to me?" and start asking yourself "What tooling do I want, that I can describe to Claude?" Most of the interfaces I interact with recently are interfaces I designed.
tl;dr: Fuck Cursor. It's yesterdays vibecoded garbage.
This happens if you are that dependent on Ai tools. It would be less of a problem running offline models on your own hardware, so you don't have to pay for subscriptions or tokens.
