Marvel Studios Head of TV and Streaming Brad Winderbaum... said, without hesitation, “Season 3 is going to come out next year and Season 4 the year after that... Even a year feels too long. I remember watching these every single day after school, and then they would be on as reruns. I guess you could rewatch these episodes on streaming, because you can watch anything now.”

It's interesting because the original X-Men animated show also came out yearly. And while season 3 & 4 were about 20 episodes, season 1, 2 and 5 were closer to 13 episodes, similar to X-Men 97's 9ish episodes.

I wonder if there is a way to make it feel "every day" or if it's just nostalgia glasses and/or being younger.

Back then you were at the mercy of what networks put on at any given time slot. 20 episodes isn’t even enough to have a new one every week.

I rarely got to watch the new ones on Saturday mornings because of family activities, but I remember watching it every day after school and being stoked when it was one I hadn’t seen already.

That’s probably where the everyday feeling comes from, and it just won’t be replicated today.

I started watching Digimon Tamers and was floored when I saw season 1 had like 60 episodes. Really different times back then.
