Unfortunately I'm too self conscious for voice training and nobody gets confused over the phone :c
Something similar happened to me when I was scheduling my dentist appointment from my mother's phone (I ran out of credit in January). I have said like 3 times that I am X and they kept on talking to me in third person. I am not sure if they were deaf, dense, or over worked but I will take it despite looking like somebody who needs their mom for a dentist appointment at 21
