Undisclosed AI use should result in permanent removal (of all games from offending developer preferably) from the steam store. Can't follow rules, not fucking welcome.

Nah, I'd make it a slow knife twist. Suspend the publisher and game pending review of "dishonest business practices" with pre-approved refunds. They'd lose their sales window and be forced to explain their actions and still get slapped with the disclosure when the matter is settled (locked this time). Keep that shit public on their permanent Steam record for all to see.
