i got this pop up and i did what it said in the troubleshooting guide but i din't find this "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and delete AdobeGCClient folder."
and this dosen't work "➜ Uninstall AGS (Automated Method) - Adobe Genuine Service
Open PowerShell as Admin and enter:
[System.Diagnostics.Process]::Start("C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCClient\AdobeCleanUpUtility.exe")"
but i did this in firewall "➜ Block AGS via Firewall
Create Outbound rules on Adobe Genuine Service
Path of AGS:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\AdobeGenuineClient\AGSService.exe
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\GC\AGSService.exe"
but i found this but the name is "Adobe Genuine Validator" is it the same ??
how to resolve ?
