Plot twist: he doesn't decide this because "oh no there's porn" or whatever. He decides this because he sees how angry everyone is at each other all the time and despite having access to more information than any group in history, we believe more lies than our parents did, and then he digs a bit more and finds out that people with money made the internet that way on purpose.
