Two hundred million? They managed to double their kill count since 2000? Impressive, especially considering the lack of invading Nazis to mow down en masse for easy numbers.
The 100 million figure includes abortions and Nazis killed during World War II, so even that's already horrendously off (not to mention the outright faked numbers).
We're on the same page. I even mentioned the Nazis in my comment!
It includes the children who are never going to be born because Elon was sad and couldn't get boner with all his female employees
