Most print shops can print onto premade sticker stock. Buy the sticker stock and supply a file that prints to the cut out stickers on it. Hand both to a print shop and have them hand back the same stickers with professional printing.

Paste to your heart's content.

Another way is to print out a sheet of them then use wheat paste to place them. Won't really work indoors which is where I think you want to put them... well it would but it would make a mess.

Could also cut out a small strip of paper with a message and place it in the strip with the price tags, or simply place a sheet of paper on top of the goods which I've seen done with those CO^2^ bottles made in/for that Israeli-Zionist sparkling water company *[SodaStream].
