I always have trouble with the post, get a paywall half the time and just no article the other half. Reading mode works I think, if the article is only like 50 words?

What are they protesting over? Just that there is a separate water bill? They don't want meters? They don't like the structure?

We got a big water bill but our rates dropped by almost as much, I think there was an overall increase of a few hundred which would be expected considering how rates climb every year anyway.
