She was a worker that made way more money for other people. However her limited charity shows how easy it would be for the rich to have a good reputation and they can't even manage that.
Also: she had real talent, not just daddy’s money. She created art that spoke to millions of people; she didn’t just buy an existing company and take credit for everything. She saw individual people with their own stories, troubles, and dreams, not cattle to be exploited for more wealth.
She also was humble by her poor upbringing. She used her wealth to uplift her community.

Nobody sees themselves as the bad guy. At worst, they see themselves as victims of the system.
Then they should be fired, just like Jobs was, build new empires from scratch, like NeXT and Pixar, then return to save their original companies from the brink of collapse, just like Jobs did. They want to be treated like Jobs, that’s how to do it.

For a legacy, he has a pretty good one. I bet if he lived long enough he’d be seen as a crazy billionaire too. I’m sure he’s been to an island or two.

I mostly hear conservatives supporting billionaires lately. With the exception of Soros, but that’s because he supports democrats.
It also helps that she was significantly less wealthy than the tech oligarchs, with "only" half a billion dollars. Which is itself a fucking absurd amount of money, and just goes to show just how fucking far beyond the pale the robber-barons of this new gilded age actually are.
For fucking real - decades upon decades of just HUGE smash hits, not just for herself but also others. And she manages a "measly" half a billion, yet these no-talent fucks who inherit their money end up with billions.
She could have been a billionaire. She chose not to be. Instead, she spent millions helping people.
