Elizabeth II was a queen, and also was of England. Likely the only such queen (unless someone was born in England, then later became Queen of another kingdom). So, it would absolutely accurate to call her the queen of England.
That's a nice bit of pedantic information that I might just commit to my memory for no reason.
For anyone confused: The kingdoms of England and Scotland were unified in 1707 (and then further with Ireland in 1800). The kings' and queens' titles since then have reflected this.
If we're going for pedantic, the crowns of England and Scotland were actually united in 1603 when James VI of Scotland also became James I of England. Coincidentally related to this post because it happened because the last queen of England, Elizabeth I, died.

1707 is when their parliaments became one and they became deemed one country instead of two with a shared monarch. This had made many people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.
