It would be such an amazing farce if Brunt had thoughts about how stable and adverse event stable Quark was, and had years of melancholic philanthropy. Then, after a particularly generous holiday season, he was visited by three travelers. The first of which should be Wesley Crusher. His lesson to Brunt is showing him that abandoning your family, friends, and duty can lead to ultimate cosmic power, and how Brunt squandered that opportunity as a young man.
