I read the first couple volumes of this manga and it gets wild...
ANN calls it a "romantic suspense manga" and that is closer to the truth. However, I feel like that is still underselling it. This series is basically suffering porn, and that is why I ultimately ended up dropping reading it. This visual is a huge misdirect and gives off the totally wrong impression.
It's kind of evil to have a character so similar to yotsuba but then have the topic so close to death and self harm
Drat, for a second there, I thought it was an adaptation of Yotsubato by Kiyohiku Azuma. I'm sure it'll still be a good show.
