I think the Estonian one ("Osta euroopat") is wrong and translates to "Buy parts of Europe".
I'm not fluent (just Finnish) so I don't know what the actual correct translation would be, though looking into it I believe it might have to be three words rather than two. "Osta Euroopast" might be close but would AFAIK translate to "Buy from Europe" rather than "Buy European".
It translates to "Buy Europe". You are correct with "Osta Euroopast" but I think "Osta Euroopalist" or "Osta Euroopalikku" might also work.
Seeing languages such as Norwegian with an EU flag looks weird. :D

My country has four official languages not represented there. Georgia and Armenia are in Asia not in Europe. All of these have an EU flag as background. I think op is very confused with all these concepts and thus they've made a very confusing 'meme'.
that's not the EU flag, that's the flag of europe. Even Russia is part of the council of Europe and uses that flag

Well one of these is Armenian. Armenia is neither in the EU nor in Europe except for the broadest possible, and I would say very dubious, definition of Europe. I feel like including Georgia but especially Armenia is hard to argue except from a cultural perspective where these nations are Christian and therefore sort of belong more in the European christian sphere rather than the west Asian Islamic sphere.

Interesting how many of them start with a , which I'm assuming is a stop, maybe velar? Like, velar stop + mid/low back vowel. I don't do much etymology or cross-language linguistics, but I'm guessing those are . . . probably Slavic, but I see Dutch there too and maybe Spanish. The ones starting with vowels (aside from French) are I guess from Nordic countries? I think I was expecting (to identify) more romance languages. Neat!
