I want to share this sanskrit word: sāmadhi. This is one of the key factors of enlightenment. Basically, the words I use to describe this phenomenon, is that there is ditension - the perspective of "I am," where subject is measured against object in the brain - and cotension - the perspective of "it is,' where the object is measured against the subject in the brain - but then there is sāmadhi, which is balance between subject and object relationships. These can change through meditation, spiritual practices, or skillful psychedelic drug use, if you're curious.
