Gee...I wonder if it has anything to do with 20 years of Provincial Conservatives (and centrists) cutting education combined with the shit show, poorly organized pandemic response?

This study is led by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and tested over 24,000 students last year in Canada.

It found that Canadian teenagers scored higher than the organization’s average in math, reading and science. But results were significantly lower than a decade ago.
