It also kinda seems like his headphones aren't working. The guy has recorded a lot of music with decent vocals. In fact I used to really like the band primarily due to the vocals. Something is wrong here to the point that I almost wonder if it's fake.
Edit: watched it again. This must've been a joke. There's no way the dude thought he was singing this song acceptably
I think that's just how he is.

Not defending him, I don't like his band, but I have heard him do a decent nirvana cover though. This.....this one is terrible though haha.
He's had a lot of issues with alcoholism. He's had some utter shit performances completely out of his mind. Not sure if he was clean for this.
That is just sad to watch
