Ottawa Community Housing acquires 503 homes from Minto (www.ctvnews.ca)

Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) has announced it has completed the acquisition of 503 rental units from Minto, marking the largest acquisition of properties in the history of the organization.

This brings 73 townhouse blocks and two apartment buildings along Craig Henry Drive, in the South Centrepointe area, into the OCH portfolio. The acquisition includes 12 one-bedroom, 122 two-bedroom, 329 three-bedroom and 40 four-bedroom homes, OCH says.
