Unless AI is running its own data centers, power plants, and biological weapons factories, it has a kill switch.
AI doesn't even exist yet. And he's a politician, he has not the slightest idea what he signs. He just signs whatever he was paid for or whatever will make him reelected.
It’s too late for that now.
A kill switch doesn't let you turn something off. It lets you turn it back on again.
