I remember one post from someone who "aged" their urine for a month and used it as eye drops, and couldnt understand why their eyes are blood red and burning.

Far more complicated than what you're imagining. While some idiots are probably falling for AI articles suggesting you should drink your own urine the concept of urine and feces having medicinal value is ancient and we're seeing these topics pop-up online because over past 10-15 years the share of internet users from these countries has exploded.

I don't think medical science is ready for such a huge revelation.
Even poop is not that dangerous to you, if you're not immunocompromised. It's just pee has even less bacteria in it, essentially making it kind of safe for human consumption in limited quantity. The ammonia in it is not good for you, and can cause poisoning, so don't replace your hydration with the pee of your significant other.
It's more the fact that shes arguing that pee is not a waste product despite saying its produced by the filtration of blood. You know, filtering out the waste. But like I said, there are certain types of people (and its not limited to one country or culture) that just won't listen to logic.
Oh, but you don't understand, it's filtering all the good parts, so that you can share with your peers, or ingest it once again yourself /S
