Why is there a risk of civil war and total collapse ???
Looks like a lot of people are not happy with ultra-orthodox population are exempt from military service, increasing food prices and US starting to separate from them. There's also an election on Oct 27. There is also a mention of veterans coming back with PTSD from the war. The CIA research is saying they are on the edge of civil war. But don't quote me as the article has their sources that we can't verify. Also I don't think the CIA research won't be released.
Perhaps the article could shed some light on the subject.
