Agents surrounded the man and child in his car before firing multiple rounds, according to Zohran Mamdani

A US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent shot a man in New York City on Thursday afternoon, according to the city’s mayor, Zohran Mamdani.

Early reports indicated that agents had surrounded the man and a five-year-old child in his car before firing multiple rounds, the mayor said in a statement on Thursday evening. The child was physically unharmed, according to Mamdani.

The individual who was shot was conscious and taken to a hospital, the NYPD said in a brief statement.

This only ends when cops arrest any ice agents they see and charge them with criminal conspiracy.

We can't keep pretending this is anything else, because Trump's obviously going to step it up before the election, and then have ICE at polls to keep people away.

There are plenty of other ways it could end, but Americans are fucking cowards.

The same cops who also kill dozens of innocent people yearly?

NYPD could do the funniest by actually protecting people and regaining some confidence from the public.

The same police who are supplying ICE "agents"? And/or who implicitly agreeing with and ignoring the presence of ICE in their own city? I'm sure this will resolve quickly, then!

  1. Tell cops to arrest ICE

  2. Arrest cops who refuse with every imaginable charge

  3. Count on cops to be cowards

You're also drastically over estimating how much cops like ICE. Assholes rarely like other assholes showing up, it's a territory thing.

But like ...

What the fuck is your alternative? Just do nothing and hope it works out?

How about you go do that instead of telling people nothing will work so it's pointless?

That baby had a bottle in their hand. That nipple could have taken my eye out! I kept yelling DROP IT and HANDS UP, but he just kept crying and looking at the other illegal immigrant in the vehicle.
