Anyone else just listen for a really long time thinking he'd eventually start sweeping mines??? ππ
"Good job, Sweeper. You did it." Yes. It was all me! Thank you, Nora.
I'm gonna preorder the sequel. No matter how dumbed down the game and how much the content is hidden behind micro transactions and DLCs.
The fact that it's impossible to die reminded me of that Wolverine motorcycle game.
It's impossible to die? I just played it without using the yellow diamonds. I didn't try to intentionally hit a mine though.
I hit a mine and it let me continue
I hit every mine and it let me continue lmao
Ah I see. I guess I could have tried rather than asking hah . Thanks though.
Do I need to play the prequel to enjoy this?
I think for new players it makes most sense to play them in release order and then for a second playthrough go chronologically.
Another minesweeper purist I see
If you want to know about what happened back there in Paris you'll need to.
Yeah but if you play the prequel without reading the novella first then what are you even doing with your life.
there is a game boy side series that explains why the villain become the villain so he you would sympathise him to an extent - he actually has a point
All right first you're gonna need to track down a Nokia N-gage, then what you're gonna wanna do is take the battery out...
Where's the part about making an account to "share your score with your friends".
Also missed the "Achievements": the very first click should've triggered at least "Started your first sweep", "Just got lucky: your blind click wasn't a mine!", "Cleared more than 10 blocks on 1 click" and "Cleared more than 20 blocks on 1 click".
Also didn't saw any "sweep store" selling things like "Safe-click: is this click hits a mine it transforms into a flag instead of exploding".
I think this is more if Minesweeper was an AAA game 10 years ago.
i like the part where ot always tells you where to click and the main character and the woman also constantly explain it xD
Hey, for an AAA game there is a serious lack of a launcher, issues with kernel level anti cheat, creating a separate account and a 30 gigabyte update.
Whereβs my DLC and monthly subscriptions?
I want to buy a special skin for Sweeper!
I gotta sweep these mines
I need to sweep these mines.
Well shit. Evidently that's all AI generated. That sucks.
I was wondering why the voice actors weren't credited in the comically long credits.
It's faithful since the industry is moving towards this, Activision already put a lot of AI art in COD.
damn, I kept playing just for the plot, I can't wait for the 2billion budget sequel voiced by keanu reeves and ana de armas
That takes up 300Gb and requires a third party launcher plus denuvo
What happened in Singapore?!?!?
Things went sideways..
I need to sweep these mines.
The yellow paint indicator π
I wish every name in the credits was Mike Lacher.
Itβs apparently vibe coded but no less hilarious because of it.
Yep. E en unskippable credits haha. Where's the expert board?
Did you buy the expert pack dlc?
This is fantastic! Wonderfully done and funny. Thank you!π
Minesweeper is the GOAT of all timewasters. GTA6 is going to have a run for its money. Physical release?
Hahaha mostly woman in the credits.
What? I can't buy any cosmetics?
What? No localization team? As a native bahasa speaker, this is literally unplayable!
This yes so well made I was sad there wasn't more. I love Minesweepers.
I did not expect to be double crossed after all that work.
OMFG, this is hilarious!
That can't be even A tier. It run perfectly on mobile, vertical.
That's where "AAA" developers are heading next. Consoles and PCs are gonna be dead due to component costs. Phones are gonna be the new target.
We can have quadruple A game in a browser but we have to download an app just so we can get an appointment.
Also the lack of QTE is disappointing, 7/10.
I couldn't play it because it's PlayStation exclusive π
Can we get a New Game + as DLC?
I accidentally saved the whole city on my second playthrough!
I had completely forgotten that's what happens, but that's obvious. Don will be so disappointed!
