Centrists tend to be more supportive of Israel than progressives; more aligned with the police and other law enforcement agencies; less antagonistic toward the wealthy and big corporations; more skeptical of big new government programs. Leaning into those positions, which are largely unpopular with the party base, of course doesn’t help win Democratic primaries or intraparty debates these days. So centrist pundits, politicians, and operatives advocate for their faction largely by claiming that it’s the only bloc of the party that understands how to win elections. (Even though center-left Democrats lose elections all the time—and critical ones at that, such as in 2016 and 2024.)

Don't forget when Biden won and the neoliberals got to pick the last DNC chair, they went with Jamie Harrison who's only political campaign was record breaking fundraising and losing to Lindsey Graham.

They don't give a shit about electability, their only concern is fundraisers so they can grift off it and be bribed by oligarchs.

And it went horribly in 2024.

That's the entire reason the ~400 voting members of the DNC pivoted away in 2025 when they got to vote for a chair.

And the real reason the neoliberals are moving goalposts, is they want to say Dems underperform even in a progressive blue wave. Their only chance of taking back the party, is installing a DNC chair who will fix the next primary

The only way they can do that, is if Ken Martin resigns. Other than that he's the DNC chair till 2029 no matter what, and that means a fair primary and a progressive presidential candidate in the general.

All we needed was fair primaries, and we'll get that unless people keep falling for oligarch propaganda

Here's the "Ken Martin is Jesus" post of the day. Don't you ever get tired of saying the same shit over and over?

I dunno, I'm pretty tired of Establishment Democrats like Ken Martin not using their leadership positions to fight fascism. Maybe people will stop complaining about the same shit when the Dems stop doing the same shit.

More divisionist psyop bullshit. This slop reads differently when you understand that it’s meant to break up the votes that oppose fascism.

This has been the way for decades. Ignorant people buy into it, and we find outsources with people demanding you throw away votes or refuse to participate altogether.

Every election.

And it’s the same people that share it- over and over.
