He's so intent on doing anything and everything but do something for the American people.

It's all about his stupid ego and trying to create some kind of legacy. He doesn't realize most Americans cannot wait to wipe his stain off of everything he's touched.

Yep. I got an email from the social security administration. It talked about the glorious leader creating investment accounts for kids. I'm highly dubious it's not a shitty program or somehow a sham, but the name of the program? Trump Accounts. Couldn't even pretend to help the next generation without naming it after himself.

[-] Xanthobilly@lemmy.world 8 points 1 day ago

Here’s the sham: they’re filling it with stock from pro-MAGA companies to prop them up for the next 18 years.

This is the exact reason that we don't put anything in. My wife demanded I open one for the $1k but I refuse to put any more in because I'm not sure where the grift is. I just know its there.

I am sure you're right. And probably having a croney buddy's company manage the funds.

[-] unitedwithme@lemmy.today 4 points 1 day ago

Where Midas' touch was gold, Trump's is turning to shit!

If your 80 year old grandfather seriously told you he wanted to rename the Atlantic Ocean the American Ocean, you'd reasonably worry that dementia was creeping in.

[-] theneverfox@pawb.social 17 points 1 day ago

I refuse to believe this would have been the first sign

[-] marius@feddit.org 3 points 1 day ago

No, I'd find it absolutely hilarious if he actually did it. And then I would laugh at all the stupid people who actually did what he told them

I got in my car, made by American Motors (no, the other American Motors), drove down America Lane and turned onto America Street. I live next to the city limits, so as I approached that intersection, I passed from America into America. I was gonna drive on America Bridge over the America River (you know, the one in America, in the state of America, it’s on the American coast) so I could go see my friend, America, which is also my name!

[-] TropicalDingdong@lemmy.world 10 points 1 day ago

This is my daughter, America. Yes. America America.

[-] Mirshe@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

Not to be confused with American Motors Corporation, of course.

Bring back the Javelin you cowards.

And Google said "Yes Sir! Whatever you say Sir! Your wish is our command Sir! Please drop your pants so Sundar can suck your dick Sir!"

[-] Maeve@kbin.earth 4 points 1 day ago

I think it's the other way around.

[-] then_three_more@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

What, eat Trumps chocolate starfish?

[-] Maeve@kbin.earth 3 points 1 day ago

I think the Business Plot succeeded, only with money and corruption, rather than an armed coup. Thus politicians take orders from business men. I think the quicker we, the people, get that through our noggins, TVE quicker we can remedy that.

He was in financial ruins before this term then Vance popped up our of nowhere and got slot #2., and then a nazi salute from elon and the internet nerds all at the confirmation. Yeah youre probably right. I bet he has the most manipulated and fucked social media feed too, just feeding rhe old sack of shit the worst shit possible from like 4chan and r/conservative and he believes it all because he's a old man without media literacy and only yes men whispering in his ear.

[-] Maeve@kbin.earth 2 points 1 day ago

The Business Plot succeeded either during Roosevelt's second term or Truman's presidency, in my estimation.

[-] Treczoks@lemmy.world 1 points 23 hours ago

Into "Ocean where they dumped Trumps ashes after Nuremberg 2.0"?

[-] TipRing@lemmy.world 14 points 1 day ago

This will surely bring down the price of gasoline and groceries.

Does he believe because he opens Google Maps on his phone that Google decides what everything is called? Why is he calling Google?

[-] generic_computers@lemmy.zip 7 points 1 day ago

He knows they'll immediately change it on their map with no questions or pushback.

[-] CrabAndBroom@lemmy.ml 2 points 1 day ago

Yeah Google has spinelessly caved to all his other bullshit so it makes sense he'd call them.

[-] Janx@piefed.social 10 points 1 day ago

This is the guy Republicans think is doing a great job. They want more of this...

[-] YouTalkinToMe@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago
