There are over 1000 spots in car parking buildings less than a 10-minute walk away - between 500m and 800m - from the theatre’s new Gloucester St site.

But Wakefield said they were too far for patrons to walk.

There's also a major bus stop less than 5 minutes walk away and the cities central bus interchange is less than 10 minutes walk away!?

Then build a parking garage under or above your theatre.

I wonder how many theatres in Paris have a car park.

I guess they must all have closed by now. Too bad.

However the council also says any applications for a car parking building won’t be accepted.
