I love how their fans are all pro-genocide, pro-racism, pro-bigotry but cheating? nah cheating is where they draw the line.

good riddance. h3h3 was absolutely horrible. and I really hope all the people he's sued or sent his fans on are having a fantastic friday.

Christians are weird man. Its like they outsourced all their morals, so theyre left defending whatever outdated rules the church decided was moral a thousand years ago.

I have never understood h3. I tried to watch it a very long time ago and it was horrible. Joe Rogan is a bad person but I can understand the appeal because it is entertaining.

H3 is is like what if Howard Stern was boring and had a bad radio voice.

They had a few funny little sketches on YouTube, but it went off the rails before the podcast even started.

I'm right there with you. Everyone seemed to love their shit and I was just like "I don't get it 🤷"

I am fine with people liking things I don't, but like you said, I can usually get the appeal of them, even though it's not for me. But not here

Pretty sure their demo is mainly white millienial women, plus some redpill guys they started picking up for a few years. It's just for people starving for drama content

you know how much men love to hear themselves think out loud

So I stopped reading at the sexism.

Hilarious because I made a concerted effort to stop doing that after getting similar criticism in collegr...only to figure out years later that I picked it up from my mother who narrates her thoughts when she's doing something alone.

Not insulting my mom here. She's an introvert who prefers working alone so it's just like rubber ducky programming.

“I am living in a nightmare I can’t wake up from,” she wrote. “He was my safe place, my partner in marriage, parenting, and business. My only family on this side of the world. How do I even begin to make sense of this?”

Oh wow, apparently making one person the center of your life doesn't work out?

...also, aren't they both supporters of Israel's actions in Palestine?

[-] ragebutt@lemmy.dbzer0.com 23 points 6 days ago

She is straight up a former idf member. They aren’t just supporters, they are virulent defenders of Israel’s genocide

[-] Lumidaub@feddit.org 14 points 6 days ago

To be fair, they have mandatory service in Israel so that doesn't mean much on its own.

[-] Edgarallenpwn@midwest.social 6 points 5 days ago* (last edited 5 days ago)

Shes bragged in the past at hating the desk job she had with them and going out on night raids when she could. So a little worse than just the mandatory service. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytOl5hbTrCY

[-] klankin@piefed.ca 1 points 5 days ago

We all gotta just follow orders sometimes eh?

[-] Lumidaub@feddit.org 1 points 5 days ago

You seem to be implying something but I don't know what.

[-] klankin@piefed.ca 2 points 5 days ago* (last edited 5 days ago)

Yeah my wording is junk but I meant to paraphrase the Nuremberg trials where the precedent said 'just following orders' isnt a legal defence against human rights violations.

Usually I'm too wordy, its weird to be on the other side.

Edit: and obviously not all IDF conscripts are violating humans rights, but the system of human rights violations needs a lot of good PR to run, excusing individuals previous enlistment can contribute to that (IMO)

They apparently met at a holocaust museum, which is really fucking weird imho.

[-] Malica@lemmy.zip 8 points 6 days ago

Imagine flirting in a Holocaust museum.

I get it... Like for Jewish people to have just learned some more about that and then be like "We need to reproduce"... I mean, probably not a good basis for a relationship vut on some level I get it.
