Edit: Yup. It was because she’s a Comey.
Ironically Comey, at least the dad, is both conservative and a Republican. He's the one that most likely helped donnie into office.
But donnie cannot even be thankful for that, oh no.
Yeah. Opening that case against Hillary in 2016 just before the election definitely helped get out the vote for republicans. Got them to pay attention for sure.
The most egregious part was Trump was under investigation by the FBI too, but he only publically disclosed that Hillary was under investigation. It skewed the vote for sure.
The delay and the demonstration of power is the point.
