Has been for a while. Remember when DOGE was a thing and that whistleblower came out and said that there were IPs in Russia logging into the DOGE created logins within minutes of their creation? DOGE was simply a farce to send national secrets to the Kremlin.

I’m sure these oligarchs are colluding on other shit, but it’s completely disingenuous to try to frame this particular comment as anything other than for operational purposes.
Why would two people as high ranking in their respective "companies" need to talk to discuss something as technical as avoiding LEO collisions?
