Trump already tried to end it, but the BBC can’t agree on ending it because they are obligated to continue.
If you sue someone it is required that the defendant to agree to ending it.
If I were BBC, I'd be making this hurt. Drag it out, make him deposition, make him produce documents, make him show up in court. Fuck that litigious sack of shit.
They have to see it finished. They can’t back out. Being excessive probably isn’t possible, but they are simply obligated to continue.
Also, make it bloody expensive for him.

If orangeboi somehow successfully calls it off, the BBC should absolutely countersue.
They have to see this to the end, for bad or good. BBC doesn’t have a choice, neither does Trump.
Unless they refuse to cooperate on the case and the judge throws it out, of course.
