So I guess the reason they didn't allow European countries to transfer Patriot missiles they had in stock to Ukraine was that they wanted Ukraine to buy some more directly? They wanted to double dip. Disgusting.
I mean, clearly at some point in the last week a bribe(s) of some kind has happened.
The quicker we can reduce dependency on the US the better.

Not really ethical for the US to be making so much money from Europe for this. Did Trump and putin plan this and they're just killing Ukrainians so Trump can get rich?

Then Europe should develop a new, sovereign ballistic missile defense system. Until then, they have no option but to buy whatever is available now.
Russia attacking Ukraine is definitely more of a European issue than a US one. And if the NATO countries had just spent 4% of their GDP on defense as agreed they wouldn’t need to be complaining now.
Or if you just let Ikraine into NATO or the EU.
Basically this is a war of gross European neglect and complaining about anyone other than yourself is candidly offensive.

The Russian diesel was just a profit sharing deal.
Sure it would be better if America was doing more to support Ukraine. But I think it's good news that they are at least allowing Ukraine to have these Patriots, since they are important for Ukraine.
I'm not trying to give too much credit to the US of course. Trump's administration is terrible. I'm just saying it could have been worse, if the US refused to allow Ukraine to have any Patriots.
It will be too late. Russia uses this weakness very well and consistently attacking.
