That's pretty spooky. Timeout errors are the spookiest of all the errors.
Lemmy instances rely on a service called Pictrs to manage the images uploaded to that particular instance, perhaps your instance is having troubles with the service and it simply may need to be restarted.
I did a force stop and re-open of the app.,but that didn't seem to do anything.
