Edit: dev here, bots late since the bot was down for awhile so that I could edit it to follow the bot guidelines (+ laptop was being repaired). Should work fine now though)

slight update to what I said earlier, bot functions on an allowlist so if you want to use it in a community let your community mods know to make a request in the repository here https://github.com/PangoraWeb/remindme-bot/issues
Oh, why was the allowlist required?
Shouldnt you make a way for admins to dm the bot on lemmy itself? How would you verify mods are the ones creating the github issue?
