My wife would love if I did, but the Lelit Bianca is plumbed in ๐Ÿ˜…

Amen. We have a direct plumb Oscar II and everything just stays on the counter.

Going out on a limb, saying it may not work when it's plumbed in. Though a secret flipping countertop would be pretty cool.

Or just drop $10-15k or an under the counter espresso machine.

I like to let mine sit out on the counter a few days to assert dominance.

If I had enough cupboard space, sure ๐Ÿ˜‚

Currently waiting on delivery of my DF64, quite excited to get into grinding my own coffee and buying some specialty stuff actually.

That looks like a really good grinder. When I upgraded from pre-ground, it was a huge change in quality. Can't go back now!

I've got so little counter space on my tiny apartment, so I'm always forced to do that ๐Ÿ˜ถ

I get a certain satisfaction out of putting my neo back in it's case when All's said and done

Tiny kitchen so yes! The cafelat robot or v60 or aeropress or moka pot or cezve is going back to the cupboard after I'm done. The kettle and grinder stay out just like on your picture.
