I'm no lawyer, but this seems like small potatoes in comparison to Mitchell's actively fabricating evidence and lying under oath. Absolutely shameful that after years of litigation TG's case falls apart thanks to an idiot lawyer. Hope that lawyer gets paid nothing and Jobst's lawsuit goes better; Mitchell needs to see real consequences for the years of intimidation and lies.

The Level 157 kill screen. Level 29 was called a kill screen because it's nearly unplayable. But around 2019, it was becoming routine for matches to be decided in post-29 play. The level 29 killscreen was jokingly dubbed the thrillscreen. (don't worry. the name didn't last.)

I think settlements reached after a judge has gotten involved should have to be made public; A public judge's time was wasted which means the taxpayer dollars were wasted... this is how Cosby, Epstein, and many other criminals got to skate free even after giving a deposition where they usually admit to some crimes in some fashion.
