Yes because PP believes that construction alone will solve the issues that the housing crisis causes. It will lower everybodies rent and housing prices overnight!

Except it won’t and nothing will short of sweeping rent regulations.

Montreal has always built more housing than any of the major anglophone cities. Makes no sense to criticize Canada’s best city on housing.
