Seems like a no. FFP is being a problem. Maybe a sale for Cedric, and even more maybe for Elneny, but that's all I've heard. And a West Ham loan offer for the Smith that both the club and the player rejected.

I think the biggest links have been Toney and Benzema, then I think I saw we were likely after a defender. So probably just a defender, if that.
