After I finished with Dune, I started reading John Scalzi Both the Old Man's War and the Collapsing Empire series, he is a great and funny author.

Then I'm re-reading Discworld between the other books, I have also been reading WH40K Eisenhorn but the second book didn't really catch, the mountain of lore can be a bit scary.
