David Tennant is really living his best life. Gets cast as lead on his favorite TV show, hits it off with a super cute guest star who, surprise surprise, is the child of his favorite Doctor. So now he gets to hang out with his childhood hero at every holiday and call him "dad."

Oh, and he's got the bromance of the century with Michael Sheen.

And he got to sign along with his favorite band

Then to top it all off, he's remembered as the best version of the character that he idolized growing up.

Well second best to Tom Baker.

David Tennant is the world's greatest modern actor

And I'm saying that as someone who dislikes Doctor Who

Is that Crowley and Metatron?

Bit weird that Tennant keeps getting cast as immortal beings with knowledge beyond comprehension.

It’s kind of become his typecast.

They should have used Derek Jacobi a bit more, though he did do some of the audio adventures I believe.

Yeah he did and he's straight up sinister in some of them

I got fucking chills the first time I realised who he was. Then his total change of demeanour, then when he finally said his name. Ooh. 2007. What a time to be alive.
