I really want to try this. I don't particularly suffer from depression, and only very occasional and mild, situational anxiety. I'm just interested in the pick-me-up.

You may be a good candidate for KAP (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy) where ketamine is administered orally through a rapid dissolving tablet in lower doses than during infusions. Afterwards, you have an integrating session. It’s a different experience and not as intense. But I would say infusions are the current golden standard for depression and anxiety treatment.

I'm currently doing it. It's around $140 a month. You're given instructions on what to do and the Ketamine is shipped to your door. Its been an awesome experience so far. This time of year I always get smacked with seasonal depression. It's been a lot more manageable.

I wish this wasn't so expensive.

I do too. This will become more and more affordable as time goes on.

This clinic is the best I have found in terms of the service they provide and how trauma-informed they are. They charge $3,100 for 6 infusions, and they have financing for 0% for up to 18 months.

The best part is they have almost 0 returning clients because it’s so effective. Some come back for an occasional maintenance infusion, but most are done after 6 with lasting results. Honestly, it’s amazing.

That's def cheaper than last time I looked into it. I'll have to check my local spot's pricing again.

There are government programs available in some states. I know someone in Florida who was able to obtain treatment for free. Unfortunately the results haven't been as optimistic as we were hoping, but it has seemed to help them a little.

That's for the info! I'll look into this.

Im not sure how I feel about this, my rich brother got hooked on the stuff and lost everything a few years back

So I did some searching, and it seems while it is possible for someone to become addicted to these monitored infusions, it is highly unlikely.
